Triple P allows parents to choose techniques that work best for them and their families. We provide the information, but you choose the ideas to use and that will work! We give parents proven tips and suggestions about handling common behavioural and developmental issues in their children and young people. It involves emphasising positive communication, and planning ahead to prevent a range of issues. Below is what some of the parents from our recent Triple P Teen Parenting Group have said.
"This group has been fantastic for us as a family. We have seen a lot of changes at home. Our son has been a lot happier lately. Many thanks."
“Extremely good course. Very helpful with a good combination of video and practical input/exercises. Sally is an excellent facilitator with a really good informal style and good balance of experience and knowledge.”
“Very helpful course, lots of good constructive advice and information. Helps to share experiences with others in similar situations. We have made great leaps forward and hope this will continue. Thank you.”
