We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and skilled individual who either can demonstrate these qualities through experience or through their potential. You will work alongside a highly dedicated team and have access to a wide range of development opportunities through the teaching school, the Trust’s research school and through the links we make with the 22 schools in the Trust. This will include the possibility of completing the NPQH qualification and this role is the perfect preparation for an aspiring headteacher.
Responsibilities will be wide-ranging and linked to your skill-set and interests in relation to the other team members. Precise responsibilities would be agreed following the successful candidate’s appointment to the post.
We will offer you:
- Fantastic students to work with and care about and who can achieve great things when expectations are set high enough of them and inspired within themselves,
- A school striving to gain the best results possible, whilst also valuing rounded individuals,
- Excellent support to help you develop further and progress in your career.
