Taster Days – TBC
Along with our Open Evening, we are giving Year 10 students the opportunity to visit Samuel Ward Sixth Form for a taster day.
Samuel Ward, Castle Manor students and those outside of the Haverhill area will be able to register their interest here soon.
The taster days will allow students to find out more about sixth form life and will include:
- Taster lessons in the A-Level and vocational (AAQs) courses that we offer
- A talk from our Head of Sixth Form
- A chance to explore our sixth form building, facilities and wider school campus.
Open Evening Information – Wednesday 9th July 2025
For those interested in joining us in September 2026, we will be holding our Open Evening on Wednesday 9th July 2025, between 6pm and 8.30pm.
This event will be an opportunity for students interested in studying A-level or vocational level 3 courses to learn about the range of exciting opportunities we have on offer for September 2026.
Teaching staff and current students will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the subjects you are interested in and there will be opportunities to find out about the additional courses and extra-curricular activities on offer too.
Our Open Evening will run between 6pm and 8.30pm and there is no need to book, just arrive on the day.
